2 Hour Basic Life Support for Medical Practitioners
Healthcare professionals such as GP's, nurses, dentists and allied professionals are all required to undertake annual CPR refresher training.
This course has clear aims and objectives and ca be counted towards your verifiable CPD.
Syllabus
A range of subjects are covered including:
- Basic CPR hands on practice
- Care of the unconscious casualty
- Discussion and demonstration of the use of an AED.

Course Duration
This course runs over 2 hours and must be completed at one instance.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the course a certificate is awarded and valid for one year.
Assessment
The qualification is assessed continuously by the trainer.
Numbers
A maximum of 12 students can be accommodated on this course and all candidates must be a minimum of 14 years of age to qualify.
